Halftone screen printing is a method of printing on fabrics, using tiny dots to replicate the illusion of gradients and variants in color. The illusion is created by laying four halftone colors on top of each other to create an array of colors based on the CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow and black) inks. Creating a halftone image is a daunting task requiring a fair amount of technical skill and coordination.
Instructions

Attach all four of your color-separated screens to your screen printing press. Apply the correct ink to each corresponding separation (cyan ink to the cyan screen, black ink to the black screen, etc.).

Attach your shirt or other fabric to the printing press' printing board. Make sure the shirt or fabric is securely in place and laying flat.

Line up your first color and lay it on your shirt or fabric. Your first color will typically be the color you will use the most of, such as a design requiring 100 percent magenta but less than 50 percent of all other inks, should start with the magenta screen and ink.

Squeegee the first colors of ink back and forth across the screen in smooth and concise strokes. This will push the ink through the screen onto the fabric. When you're finished, lift up the screen and lay down the next screen. Apply each color this way until you have finished applying all of the separations. Typically, black should be the last color applied to your design, as it is used mostly for detailing.

Dry the shirt or fabric after you have finished applying all of the inks. Use a flash dryer or even a household hair dryer to dry the fabric. Do not move the fabric until it is completely dry.
